Io Amo l'Italia (I Love Italia)
Io Amo l'Italia is a small Christian
party founded in 2009 by Magdi Cristiano Allam, a controversial journalist (born
in Egypt, and converted from Islam to Catholicism in 2008). The party contested
the February 2013 elections, but without any success.
The flag of the party
is the Italian tricolore with a yellow cross overall [1,2]. The party symbol
shows this as a fluttering flag together with the party name.
